Architecte chef de projet confirmé (5 ans d’expérience minimum)

Architecte polyvalent : créatif ; autonome dans la gestion de projet sur toutes ses phases, de la conception à la direction et la réalisation des travaux ; capable d’améliorer jusqu’au bout les projets.
Personne responsable, impliqué dans l’agence, avez le sens de l’entreprise, vous êtes meneur d’équipe, vous avez le sens de l’écoute, un bon relationnel et de l’autorité.
Vous aurez la charge d’un projet et vous interviendrez dans le suivi ponctuel d’autres projets, sur les phases conception comme chantier sous la direction du chef d’agence.

Senior Architect / Associate Director

Within the framework of the National Art Gallery of Singapore project, studioMilou Singapore is seeking an English-speaking architect with experience of managing major architectural projects to be responsible for managing a team of 15 architects.
This position requires excellent project-management skills, with a focus on organization and delivery. The candidate must have excellent creative skills, extensive experience in an international architectural practice and a proven track record of managing prestigious projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with Jean-Francois Milou on the development of studioMilou’s activities in the region and will have responsibility for managerial and administrative matters. He or she should possess the competences required to represent the agency to clients and to the studio’s partners in the region, building on existing relationships and fostering new projects.
Salary to be negociated.
